Main Projects
France: Flammanville 3 EPR - Low Pressure Turbine design of Largest Nuclear Plant on the World
Steering and coordination of international teams (Switzerland, France) to design, produce, test and install largest Steam Turbine on the world with ca.1'800 MW (2010)
USA: (North anna) - Low Pressure Turbines design to replace existing aging Machines
Replace existing steam turbines with new generation of high efficiency LP modules, while keeping plant existing equipment as built. Overall power output increase: ca. 60MW (2008)
Buckinghamshire (UK): Energy from Waste Plant (EPC Contract)
Energy conversion system, and Water Steam Cycle Project management, going through entire project phases: Engineering & specification, offers assessment, Negotiation with suppliers, development, leading quality & workshop inspection for major components, supporting commissioning, and leading performance guarantee tests. Handover to client 05.2016.
Oman: Special Steam Turbine for dessalination Plant
Design, development and test of the first reaction Turbine with more than 50% Steam controlled extraction for a water dessalination Plant.
Edinburgh (UK): Energy from waste Plant (EPC Contract)
Beside entire Energy production and Water Steam cycle development, leading the project Engineering management, and ensuring adherence to Process and to client & Authorities satisfaction. Handover to client 03.2019.
